Dr.Uro is a free app intended for patients of Dr. Andrew Steinberg. It will provide reminders to perform Kegel exercises at suggested time intervals, and provides a pre-programmed phone or email connection to reach the appointment desk. A complete set of instructions on how to perform the exercise are provided in English and French.
